Refund / Return Policy
Vrixo accepts return or refund requests only for eligible cases such as damaged products, defective products, wrong items delivered, or size issues where the item qualifies for return.
Return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this window may not be accepted.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, and accessories intact.
Vrixo may request product photos, package photos, order details, and issue details before approving a return request.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund request may be rejected and the item may be returned to the customer.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval.
For online payments, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI details provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for sharing correct refund details.
Non-returnable cases include used products, worn products, washed products, products damaged by the customer, missing tags, missing packaging, missing accessories, missing invoice, or return requests raised after the eligible return window.
Vrixo reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with the product condition.
